The wire-locking machine is mainly composed of a transmission mechanism, a buffer positioning mechanism, a wire-locking mechanism, a book-out mechanism, a transmission mechanism and a control system.
1. Post transfer institution
The function of the post transfer mechanism is to transfer the post to the bookshelf for buffering and positioning, which is mainly composed of post pushing and post sending devices. The function of the push device is to push the book post to the post sending device, and the function of the post sending device is to send the book post sent by the push device to the bookshelf at high speed. The post-pushing device consists of a transmission mechanism, a post-transferring chain and a book-pushing block. The delivery device is composed of upper and lower delivery wheels and a transmission mechanism.
2. Buffer positioning mechanism
The function of the buffer positioning mechanism is to buffer and position the posts sent by the post transmission mechanism to ensure the accurate position of the posts. The buffer positioning mechanism is mainly composed of a buffer, a press angle iron and a positioning pull gauge.
3. Locking mechanism
The function of the thread locking mechanism is to complete the thread locking of the book post, which is mainly composed of bookshelf, bottom needle, lifting frame, hook thread claw, hook thread needle, rotating knot device and yarn tensioning device.
4. Book-out institution
The function of the book release mechanism is to smoothly remove the book post that has been locked from the bookshelf, send it to the book release table, and divide the locked book core body by body. The book-out mechanism is mainly composed of a book-knocking stick, a book-hitting board, a book-blocking needle and a thread-cutting device. The swing movements of the book-knocking stick, the book-hitting board and the book-blocking needle are all completed by the cam swing lever mechanism.
